I was away last week when the clocks changed back one hour and now I cant access the drive. I doubt the clock change is relevant but just thought Id mention it the drive was fine on the day I went away and not fine when I got back. The good the drive is showing a solid white light on the bottom light indicator and nothing on the top. It has a DHCP reservation on my router and is showing as connected. I can ping the device successfully. The bad I cannot access the drive using explorer Windows 7 OS, I just get a network path not found error. I cannot access the drive manager on a browser, it just times out with a message. I cannot access the drive using the Iomega Storage Manager software, it just states that the device is currently unavailable. I have rebooted my PC, the router and the NAS, all to no avail. I have used the reset button on the NAS no effect. I am just about to connect the NAS to my PC direclty via ethernet cable to see if I can access it that way, although all that would do is allow me to recover data. Ill post back my results.
